Returns & Refunds
If you wish to make a return, you must first fill out our Returns Form. Please include details of your order including your order number, contact details, product you wish to return and issue encountered.
If you are experiencing issues with your hardware / gaming equipment, we encourage you to contact the manufacturer first in order to trouble shoot any potential issues. Manufacturers can be contacted via phone and email. Please check the website of the manufacturer for further details.
All requested returns must be returned with original packaging, including all manuals and associated accessories.
If products are defective, they will be replaced with a like item when they are returned.
If products are returned after 30 days, the manufacturers warranty terms and conditions will apply.
In the event goods received are not faulty, they must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Returns of the following will not be accepted:
Products not in their original condition, damaged or missing accessories.
Bundle products, unless the entire bundle is returned.
Products returned more than 30 days from the packing slip date.
Products that have had their packaging opened or plastic wrapping removed.
In the event products that form part of a promotional offer are returned then the full price of subsequent products will be charged.
Please ensure that all returns have been authorised by Customer Service prior to sending. If non-qualifying items are sent for return we will not issue a refund nor will be return the items to you without charging additional shipping fees.
You should obtain proof of shipping from your Post Office / courier when returning products to us.
In the event you purchase products using a discount code or special offer you will not be refunded the value of the discount code or special offer.
If the reason for your return is due to our error on our part with your order or a faulty product, we will refund your postage costs.
Any faulty product not deemed faulty once tested you will be charged the return postage cost to return this product to you.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
When your return has been approved by our Customer Service Team we will advise you of the return details and address and you can make arrangements for the return of the product.
Please allow 14 working days for your return to be processed once it is received back.
